How do you activate follow me home lights?

Car was sold with follow me home lights on thr spec, but not seen them working. How do you activate follow me home lights?

do you have a manual book supplied with the car. If yes this is the best to look inside thoroughly and see if your exact model has this function and how to activate it. 👍

If you mean the headlights staying on for a bit after you turn the car off, IIRC on my Mk4 they have to be enabled/disabled by the dealer (But are enabled by default), and it only does it when it's dark enough that the auto dipped lights would also kick in if I was driving. Yours may be similar...?

After switching the car off pull the headlamp switch towards you as though you were flashing full beam this will activate follow me home
