I can see from the photo that it would be difficult to use heat on that bolt. At one time plus gas was difficult to obtain just googled it for you and it looks like it is readily obtainable again leave it to soak as long as poss then apply some more.

I use a 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF (automatic transmission fluid). This is the best penetrating fluid I have ever used, and I've used a few over the years.

The bolt hole if worst case scenario

If there is a 6mm tap in the set it will do.

All fixed. So the bolt head snapped off and we just drilled it and rethread it. Got new bolt in. Car feels smoother
