Yatour Bluetooth/AUX CD changer adapter question

I have a T25 Avensis with the B9010 satnav stereo. It doesn't have bluetooth or AUX, so I'm looking at a Yatour adapter like this one.

I have an option of buying a cheap 2nd hand one, except the cable connector is for a different make/model. I know this won't slot straight into the B9010 CD changer socket, but I do also have a loose CD changer plug that I could graft onto the Yatour. Question is, will I be able to tell which cable to splice with which? Is there a pinout list somewhere so I can get an idea of what needs to link with what?

I remember that a lot of Bluetooth/SD/USB adapters didn't work with the B9010 unit. Look at the following from Yatour - http://www.ycarlink.com/pd_14686_Digital-CD-changer-for-Toyota-Small-6-6-plug-USB-SD-AUX-Blueooth-adapter-interface-with-CD-changer.htm

So even if you had the correct cable/plug, the adapter may not work with your B9010 unit. I am sure Connects2 had a special cable that worked, but need confirming.
