Need help with ABS warning light (codes 31, 41 and 11)

Hi my 1996 plate 1.8 Celica ABS light will not turn off. I went to see a mechanic who is electrically trained and he gave me these error codes 31, 41 and 11. We restated the Battery a couple of times and no luck. He may think all these errors are linked somehow. Does anyone please know anything on these?

Thank you in advance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
