RAV4 2020 - how to update my software

I bought a 2020 RAV4 Dynamic hybrid. But the infotainment system in setup>general does not have the projection settings meaning I can not connect my phone to android auto or Apple play. Here's an image of the software version. Any ideas how to update the software? Do I need to take it to the Toyota service centre or can I do it myself? If I can do it myself any ideas how? Thanks guys.

I don't think the 2020 models had Android Auto & CarPlay functionality. Toyota were offering an upgrade at a cost (reduced if included as part of a service). Don't know if they still offer this so may be worth a check with your dealer.

Hi

Log into my Toyota then go to estore then download any updates and maps.

put on a usb stick and plug into car and it should start the updates or go back to dealer and ask them to update
