Sat Nav 4211 error code

In November when my MOT was due I also had my dealer install Android Auto and to do this they also updated the Touch2 system.. They seem to have introduced a bug onto the system and the system just gives a 4211 error and wont connect to the internet directly through wifi when parked outside my house or through my phone when on the move. It's obviously a connection error but apparently neither the dealer or Toyota themselves know what the error code is, I thought that's what error codes were for silly me. The dealer has had 3 separate goes at trying to fix this without success . I get the impression that they would prefer me to just disappear but they broke it, and while I would prefer not to resort to legal means to compel them fix or replace it, I thought I'd put the question out there to see if anyone has a fix for it. Btw Android works fine but I don't have my phone connected 100% of the time  and since the bug my speed camera app won't load
