Full service options

So i got to do a full service on my car in june. Except air filter as this was replaced recently. 

So in therms of coolant my manual recommends toyota long life (pink) but takes 6.5 litres i think. This will cost me a bit. So im wondering if i can use exopro coolant instead?

Also is it worth to do an engine flush in this service and a system clean of cooling. 

Do i need to bleed the clucth as it fed from the brake cylinder?

Toyota's pink coolant is their Super Long Life coolant which will have a life of 5 years/50,000 miles.

You can use another coolant but need to go for an OAT coolant.

The Super Long Life coolant replacement schedule will be 10 years/100,000 miles for the factory fill, but subsequent fills are 5 years/50,000 miles. This applies to all models that use the pink coolant.
