reduced flow on washer jet....

sorry to be so stupid ,but having tried to poke through with a pin ,the usual cleaning is not sufficient ,and im due an mot soon , can anyone advise on how to remove the jet ,, 2012 t27 estate. i am a bit worried about breaking it ,as it doesnt seem to budge ,, thankyou

It might not be the washer jet. There is a 3 way valve located in the washer piping, those valves block up and reduces flow to the jet. The jets have ceramic discs in them and can't be cleaned/moved with a pin like older models. Check that valve first, they often fail
