Toyota Subwoofer And Built In Amp!

Hi everyone I have just got a bargain from my local toyota dealer. They sold me a toyota subwoofer with built in amp. It's to fit in the yaris under the front seat. I was wondering if anyone has got it and could give me there views on the speaker.

I know that it's not going to be earth shattering bass as i only got it for £60 pounds.

Good news at last, just had phone call from the wheel company (1 hour after crying! lol) and the wheels have arived from japan and are in the post first thing monday morning, they will be with me first thing tuesday morning!!!! :D :D :D keep your eyes out for the post that night. (if i can keep still for more than 5 minutes!)

Hi steve well not really if you like your ice then that's what you like then really. I wish that i could have a big bad stereo just like your set up mate. All in good time. Bit by bit you'll have the T Sport looking just the way how you would want it :D

erm, so what is the verdict guys? has anyone got the toyota active subwoofer fitted? what is it like ? Its supposed to sound great according to the salesperson!! Impartial opinions are welcome on this matter however. It looks a good piece of kit, but hearing is believing !

cheers! thats a relief the dealer offered it to me less than cost price to secure the deal on my new t sport, so said yes. I cant see any details of the toyota active subwoofer anywhere online.Doh!

Hi everyone just got one fitted in the wife car. She really likes it. As for the bass its not earth shattering but you can here the difference. As for fitting under the seat. They tried fitting it under the seat and they said that it sounded better in the boot. So thats where they fitted it. I must admit i will have to change the where about where they fitted it.

Overall for the money which i got it for £60 + Vat its a good buy. But if you have got the extra money i would go to a good car hifi specialist and get yourself a really subwoofer.

Still the wifes happy and thats all what matters to me mate :D
