Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if any of you MR2 owners have a "Space Saver" wheel/tyre for sale. I've been told it'll fit my Lexus instead of carrying a heavy 17" alloy around.

It must be in good condition.

Dont think many people will want to part with there space savers mate

cos they are quite hard to get hold of.

Have you tried rogue sytems or even a breakers.

At the moment i've just got a can of tyre weld stuff. Have any of you guy's ditched the spare, and carry a can of this ?

I know of a few of the LOC guy's who carry it, but it don't help much if the side wall goes ! thats why i could do with a spacesaver.

I'm sure a good mate like you wouldn't mind giving up yours !!!!

after the events of the last Northern meet... trust me i need to keep a spare!..

With cars flyin off the tarmac.. you never know when the tyres are gonna bust!.. :P

On a side note.. do you know if th LOC ever have a RR day in the north?

Im defo wanting to go to one.. So let me know matey..

its totally standard.. i just wanna get one before i start moddin...

Yeah .. I've got tyre weld .. after my ICE install I'm trying to shed weight off the car ..

The spare is sat in the garage .. it's a fair trek to collect though ..

Oh and also the fact a 17" alloy will not fint in the hold left by the space saver .. and I'm not leaving a BBS rim on the side of the road ..
