Does anybody know which of the two adjusting screws on the light unit raises the beam. Thanks

Welcome to the TOC old !Removed!.

Have you tried parking level up towards a straight wall, turning on your headlights so you can see the headlight against the wall and had a turn or two of the screws to see which way the beam goes?

Hello,

Yes I did try that and I could not see much difference.I gave the nearest screw to the radiator about four full turns and the beams hardly moved.

I had a feeling the reply I was given would be the answer.

best bet is to drop down to an MOT centre and let them realign them for you

Can someone answer the question? Suggesting someone go to a service center is weak. People are not on these forums looking for answers like that. Take pride in learning something new.

The topic is 15 years old, and I would suggest that the OP would probably have found a solution in those 15 years.

We could just ask him, since he still visits the forum...

So, how did you end up fixing this?

The subject of the OP may be 15years old, but the question is still valid.

Even if the OP sorted his issue, it doesn't mean that other's wouldn't want to know the answer to it.

Mick.

Rather than resurrect a 15 year old topic, any member today with a similar query would be better off raising a new topic.
