Decent storage organiser bag for bag of rear seats?

Did have velcro net pouches previously but wanted to improve storage. So I got 13 quid effort from Amazon. Got good reviews but I find it naff. Pockets flaying open, doesn't quite use up the available space effectively, attachments to the seat head rests suck (leaving the clip facing the passengers) and very flimsy. 

Anyone recommend a really good one?

You can see it in my pic behind the vertical cargo net pocket. 

 

Second question, I never got around to doing something about making the cubby on the right useful. Any tips?

 

P.s. car is always loaded with gear including under the floor panel since we have a second home in the mountains of the north Lake District. We drive over and around mountains to get there. Be prepared etc.
