The front left tyre is much warmer than the right hand one, and there is a strong smell of burning rubber

Any suggestions please

Stop having so much fun in the car :P

Are they old/new tyres ?

First thing I would check is the balancing, tracking, camber of the wheels....

When was the last time you had a full wheel alignment done on the vehicle ???

You could also check for un-even tyre wear - these could all be symptoms resolved by a wheel re-alignment / balancing.

Just another thought.....

Has the car been in a crash at all ?

Sounds as if the tyre is dragging rather than steering !

Definately get the vehicle checked ata local tyre place IMHO.

Have you had the vehicle long ? What sort of car is it and what tyres are you running ?
