Celica Tyre Pressures

Recommended Posts

Taken from the Celica Manual (1994)

Up to 130 mph: 34 psi (2.4bar) - all loads

Over 130 mph: 39 psi (2.7 bar) - Reduced loads (1 passenger)

46 psi (3.2 bar) - Up to full rated loads.

Is this correct ? As the tyres on the car, have a max pressure of 35 psi.

Assumming cold @ 34 psi, after a few miles they will be at least 36 psi !

  • 229 Hybrid Reliability

    1. 1. If you were to consider buying a Hybrid model over 5 years old, would you be worried about the reliability of the Hybrid system?

      • Not really as Hybrid systems are always reliable
      • Not if it had a Manufacturers Warranty on the Hybrid system
      • I would not buy a Hybrid model over 5 years old
