Tacoma Hoods?

I would like to know if anyone has tried to put a 4 runner hood on a tacoma. I have a 2000 Tacoma and have two dents in the hood from a storm and would like to replace with a 4-runner hood with scoop. Looks likes it should but haven't been able to measure or try. Any information would help. Thanks!

Good question, not sure of the answer but I'll look into it. I've been looking into a small scoop that I could actualy use to move air / vent the engine bay but I forgot about the 4runner hoods...

Are thise scoops purely ornamental or do they actually vent through the hood??
