Older Celica Gt Help

85 Celica GT

Hey all, I was just browsing the web and wondered across this site and thought maybe I could find some good info here. I have a few questions that hopefully someone out there knows the answers to. First off I have an 85 Celica GT, yes I know its older, but I still like it, and I prefer RWD over FWD, but that’s a topic for another discussion.

1. Are there many people here running older (82-85) celicas?

2. Does anyone know where I can get a set of Eibach 8220.140 spring for my car? They were discontinued a few years back and I can’t seem to find anyone on the web with them, or able to get them.

3. What is the stock rim size for my car, i.e. bolt pattern and offset and backspacing?

I think it is 14x7, with 4 on 114.3 (4 on 4.5”) with 8mm offset and 0 backspacing, but I am not sure. Does anyone know of any issues with running 17x7 or 17x8 rims on a RWD?

Thanks in advance
