Does any one here have the instructions or know how to program a keyless entry for a 2001 Toyota Sequoia?

for the 2001 MY Sequoia the dealer must perform the programming using a hand-held tester plugged into the OBDII port.

yep you need toyotas scanner to program any keyless entry stuff. the dealer will do it for free or cheap. depends on whether you have any other work done there.
