A 1969 Mini Cooper S. Red and Black. It's still going strong as my mate has it, and It's done two seasons of club racing a couple of years ago. :lol:

A Fiesta of some sort.... dark green (with instructor)

Outside of that it was a 1.9TD Renault Megane Scenic (I think) :P

pig to drive... hated it :P

1.0 Nissan Micra K10 which was purchased from a family member.

Which I went on to modify alot, yes it has the whole 'it's a micra.....why?' thing about it, but I loved that little car, handled better then my corolla and was great fun to drive for a first car.

In 1982 I learnt in an instructor's Talbot Sunbeam 1.3 GL and I had a white 1973 Mini Van...........(850cc I think) as my first car..........bought it for £200 with a full 12 mths ticket.

Cheap to run as leaded petrol was less than £1........a GALLON .........those were the days..........no !Removed! nanny state

a mini and then a rover 100...my instructer had minis till his back tol him he needed something with a tad more suspension movement!!...shame really minis were a class car to learn in...hated the metro big style but it got me through me test....and the roads have never been safe since!!

I learnt in a Clio diesel and a Punto petrol.

Had a little 3dr 306 as my first car, oh how I loved it (miss it now, but its off being a rally car in dorset so happy for it lol)

my dads 1.6 capri at first ( god what a long bonnet ) ,. took lessons in a daihatsui charade 1 litre , was told off for doing 45 in a 30 by the instructor lmao. ;)
