Has anybody had a problem of the engine Rev,s not droping off or even increasing when changing gear,Ihave had it back to the Main dealers on numerous occasions to be told there is nothing wrong.

There are general throttle and idle issues associated with the new corolla with no fix is site. Get in contact with Toyota customer services and keep on until they sort the problem out. Make sure the dealer has contacted Toyota technical and filled out a product report form. If your revs keep changing it is possible your inlet manifold has an air leak.
