Any Suggestions For A Toyota Specialist?

First post here, so please be gentle with me, I don't have a Toyota but my wife does. Looking for some names of Toyota specialists in the Bedford area. Any suggestions please for my wifes Carina II - J reg? We've just been to a local dealer today nr Bedford for Service and MOT, total bill £274, most of which was labour, so hence why we need to find a specialist mechanic/garage. Rob, Seat Leon Cupra with Electric leather seats etc...
