Yaris : Tns300 + Alpine 9843r

Hi everyone,

I'm new on this forum.

Let me introduce myself quickly. I'm a proud owner of a 2002 Yaris 1.3 with automatic transmission and GPS (TNS300).

I wanted to install an aftermarket head-unit in my car (was equipped with the standard tape-player). However I found out that it wasn't going to be very easy. The biggest problem was the GPS, which stopped working as soon as I disconnected the tape-player.

I have found a pretty nice solution to this problem, so for those who are interested in this topic, please let me know, I'll post the rest (pictures and references of Toyota parts needed, etc.) in a couple of days (problem with my computer).
