Replacing Passenger Side Mirror

Hello all,

Newbee here. I have a broken passenger side mirror(power & heated) for my 2001 Siena Van. I got a new one from the dealer and tried a few times to take the door panel off and fix the new one.. I am able to set the inside panel free (remove the plastic pins that hold it to the door), but I am not able to go beyond that... I am sure I need to disconnect something else (like lock handle or something) that I am not able to get my hands on.. :(

Can someone help me with what I am failing to do..? Thanks a bunch..
