Townace Tyre Pressures

My Dad died recently and my Mum and I are having troubles with our imported Townace- the translation of the users manual is useless for the basics :( . I know how to check most things, but am having touble determining what units are used on the tyre pressure sticker in the drivers door frame as it is all in japanese. It says

2.3 2.5

???????? ????????

2.3 2.5

Is this front and rear for light/ heavy laden, and is it in bar?
