Right ive been offered a pay rise if i work abroad odd times, and have always wanted a starlet gt, just a few questions tho.

1) what insurance group rating are they? 13 is my max really

2) what potential top bhp can i get with mods? - but not mds that will blow the engine

3) what is the potential 0-60 with mods?

4) what is average mpg runnign on low boost?

5) what safety feature do they have?

6) what am i likly to pay for the last model produced, and is excellent condition?

hope someone can help

regards

about that, but also they have a import surcharge

2) what potential top bhp can i get with mods? - but not mds that will blow the engine

any mod, fitted wrongly could blow the engine. Brownster in Australia has 380bhp at wheels. Dave Burwash in the UK has 311. However, these require major upgrades. You can approach 200bhp without opening the engine.

3) what is the potential 0-60 with mods?

probably quicker than it took to type that sentence

4) what is average mpg runnign on low boost?

probably 30+

5) what safety feature do they have?

no much. Some have airbags, but the starlet Shell is very light and not the strongest

6) what am i likly to pay for the last model produced, and is excellent condition?

£ 6000 - £8000 probably.

£700? with who?

elephant, fully comp,but i have 1 years no claims, 23 and my area i live in is one of the cheapest in the uk (lake district)

what is the potential 0-60 of a glanza, if i only did the following

*4-1 4-2-1 manifold

*stright through exhaust possibly de cat

* closed air induction kit

* chipped

thats all i would want to do.

Probadly looking at around 6.3 - 6.6 0-60 with those modds i reakon, there really good cars off the lights but when it comes down to 3rd - 5th gear there pretty guttless. Still nice cars though.
