Yestrday's Testing

Yesterday Nicola and I went to Silverstone to watch the F1 testing. Fantastic day! You don't have to pay a penny and you get to go pretty much where you want to watch the cars on track (Except for the paddocks and pit lane). Although Nicola met up with one of her mates from the F.O.C and he got us into the paddocks.

We got some fantastic photo opportunities, unfortunately most of mine came out crap

Anyhoo here are some of Nicola's shots:

I did take a few of the Toyotas on track, but they came out all blury...

The Toyota engines sounded very odd in the morning and getting times of around 1:24 (using my stopwatch and a fixed mark on the track), but by the afternoon they were doing 1:19's (timed by taghauer) B)

Jordan were slowest of the day. Their engines weren't sounding good at all

Shame im up North atm... Silverstone isnt too far from Parents place tho :P mebbe next year :P
