Unfortunately, there is no part number for this item. It was part of a dealer only option package. There will be some available from various sources but it will be quite hard. I recommend you try yahoo auctions or contact the user mc_chu on the toyotaownersclub.com forums

I think that was for the 98/99 bumper and fogs mate. Didnt even include the splitters!!
