Sorry to hear that bud.

Had a little run-in myself this morning, and althoguh it's not a write-off, the driver did the same. Tried squeezing into a gap I was laready in, forcing me to move over slightly, and catch the car on a lorry.

Probably oblivious to what happened.

Thats awful - I'm really sorry to hear this.

Cars that gorgeous shouldnt be allowed to be scrapped! Surely that can be easily fixed??

If the chasis is buckled it can be big work, sometimes more expensive to fix than the car is worth!

Think this is probably the case here

thanks everyone for the kind replies, was at toyota today and took a last farewell to her and took off some parts, and the Toyota logo in the front as a memory, it's hanging on my wall now.

again thanks for all the replies

So would you have actually been better off to have hit the other car??

I always hate that thought of someone forcing you off the road and out of decency you reck your own car and they drive off not knowing they've even done something. Wheras if you let them hit into you then you can claim on their insurance

Grrr! Anyway atleast you are OK and not hurt I guess that is more important
