Poor Radio Signal

Sometimes depending on where I'm driving I get a low signal when listening to the radio. Wondering if the information on the link applies to any yari owners who have removed their standard stereos? I want something discreet, anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

lad some of the early yaris suffered for a failure in the FM receiver and poor or low signal may be the first sign of a failure. costly if not still under warranity
