What am I doing wrong? I've tried to access the garage section of TOC but it appears I don't have permission

I must be doing something wrong thats so obvious, I can't see it :fishyface:

Well I've had my Gold Membership card for a few weeks now, and I've been able to acces the Gold forums for over six weeks?
