Prado Suspension

my dad has a 99 LC prado in the dominican republic, i have been trying to find a way to get a new suspension system for it here in the U.S. so that when he goes back to D.R he can take it with him(it is very very expensive down there). all i have been able to find was a 4" lift kit, but that way too much for what he wants, he wants like a 1 to 2 inch lift, maybe a ajustable system. what i'm asking is someone told me that the prado suspension was the same os the toyota surf(4runner in the US), is this true? if not does anyone have any idea were i could get prado parts in the US?

thats for the reply, i called and they actually have a distributor right here in NJ and they have a the prado parts in stock.
