Can this mod be done on a REV3 turbo?

I'm talking about the mod that you remove the fuel pump relay and connect to the 2 points (numbers 2 and 3) together with a wire link.

and is it the same numbers that have to be connected (2 and 3)?

I don't know if I would waste my timew doing it...seems to put a lot of undue strain on a pump that is already good enough to keep you going past the 350 rwhp mark.
