Help! I Need To Adjust The Camber

So.... I let a friend change tierod ends for me. Now the Camber is off - WAY OFF! - on my celica. I can't find any info on how to fix it. Can anyone help - PLEASE! OH YEAH! How about... WHY? I can't even be sure it had to do with the tie rod thing! C'mon all you Wrench Turners... tell me what ya think!
