Flushing Yaris Coolant :(

Hi, as a newbie, could anyone tell me how to make sure I've flushed all the coolant out of my Yaris? I had to replace the stuff with some Shell coolant 6 months ago.

I havent had any of the reported sludge that can happen so it must have emptied completely (I replaced the spring hose clips with shiny Stainless Jubilee's ;) ) But I'd like to replace it with the Toyota Red lifelong. Mr T in Aberdeen wants £53 +VAT !!!! to do this.
