Just had the first service (1yr/10000 miles) on my 54 Corolla T3, booked in for 8.30am and informed at the time of booking that if you can wait the service will be completed within 1 hour, arrived at the correct time and provided with Coffee, Biscuits and newspapers, settled down in the luxury customer area with a view of my car being serviced in the workshops, 45 minutes later service and paperwork explained and completed, total cost including vat £87.19, on being handed my keys was told they had also put it through the car wash.

Congratulations to Westover Toyota Bournemouth for their customer service.

wish the dealers over this way were like that!

I had my CTS booked in for it's 20k service last Friday at Huddersfield Toyota. I was hoping for a courtesy car but as I booked it online at short notice and hadn't asked about this until I showed up that morning I wasn't that surprised that they didn't have any available.

The 20k service took about 2 hours (they washed it and vacuumed inside the car which was really nice as I'd not cleaned it in weeks!). Price was 144 quid. I asked them to check the lift bolts and transmission while it was there (both were fine).

Excellent service, I couldn't fault them at all. The only disappointment was that they didn't have a Celica GT or a CTS on display that I could have a look at while they were working on my car

EDIT: the coffee was free :) but no sign of any biscuits :(

Yup, one sure way to totally wreak havoc on the bodywork. I'm a bucket and sponge person myself, in fact at my last service I specifically told them not to wash it because I knew they would.

Hello All,

Took my corolla into Pentagon Toyota ( Rotherham ) for early 45,000 service & mot , charged me £183 and managed to put the wrong size wipers on the car ,thus resulting in me losing the rear wiper somewhere on the a1 on way to Newcastle , and they never even went near it with the old suds. If anyone knows any independent garages specialisng in Toyota in the Rotherham / Sheffield area i'd be grateful for the info

Cheers Albi.

Hi there i'm in Shropshire too :D

Until a few months ago I found the same with the parts dept., the Shrewsbury one was more helpful than Telford, however the chap in the Telford parts now is fantastic in finding items for people. I just hope he stays
