Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust

Hi all,

I was just wondering, I'm taking my car off the road for the winter so I can put more money into it.

I have the Blitz Nur spec which has 2 silencers, I want to remove one!! :-)

would this make much of a difference in performance and sound?

I was going to get my garage to remove one of the silencers, gut the inside of it then re-fit it back to the exhaust to keep the original shape, would this be possible?

any help/info would be appreciated.

cheers,

would be a waste to chop it up IMHO, sell it and get the apexi hyabusa one 'i think'

its about 2 feet long and just goes straight out the turbo and to the back end

well, I was hoping it would look perfectly standard just with no stuff in one of the silencers.

would it make much difference?

Yeah, i guess it would be a bit louder, and maybe better performace, the turbo might be able to spool more freely.

Youll want a good Ally welder, if your gonna cut it, to make it look as good as it was !

yeah thats a thing, i thought the welds were a work of art, i thought that was anti resonating chamber more than a silencer, stops it making the raspy noise you get with stainless?
