Hiace 1992 Petrol Engine Specification Required

Hello folks, I'm hoping someone can help and give me the specs for the Torque settings for my 1992 petrol 2.0 litre Hiace cylinder head. What is the sequence for tightening the head bolts and is there a mileage that needs to be driven before the last torque? Thanks for any help you can give. Cheers, GaryA
