Faulty Rear Fog Switch/indicator Stalk

I've had the dealership test the bulbs, bulb holders and fuses - all are OK.

That leaves 2 options:

1). The wiring (which I doubt is at fault)

2) The Indicator stalk which has the rear fog switch on it.

I luckily found an Indicator Stalk from eBay but my question is, how do I remember the trim around the steering column to fit the new switch.

I know I've left it late, but I need to do it asap, as I have an MOT booked tomm at 3pm!

I can only see one screw under the steering wheel trim, and no ideas how to take it off after that. <_<

The car is an Avensis 99/V (Mark 1)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Only a guess, but most cars need the steering wheel removing to get at a couple of screws behind it so the steering column trim can be removed.

Hopefully i'm wrong, and it's easier than that.

Got it sorted in the end mate. Even I thought I'd need to remove the steering wheel, but then if you turn the wheel either way, there's just enough room to remove the 2 screws and then remove the trim :)
