Fitting A Rev 3 Spoiler To A Rev 2.

Hello all im wanting to fit a Rev 3 rear spoiler to my Rev 2 tubbie and was wondering if its a difficult job and also possible to do?

Also is anyone selling one and if so how much?

Chap,

Best thing to do is get ahold of a rev3 still on a bootlid, it will save alot of effort, then all you have to do is fill and paint the holes left by the smaller rev1 sections either side.

What about the ariel?

Ive noticed that a Rev 3 spoiler doesnt have any side panels like the Rev 2 spoiler which the ariel comes through??

Any ideas anyone?

You will need the Rev 3 + ariel which sits flush with the rear wings.

Unless your happy with the Rev 1/2 ariel sticking up about 2".

the std rev2 spoiler has about 10 bolts holding it on to the boot lid :eek:

would take an immense amount of work, as said just get a boot lid with the spoiler still stuck on it :yes:

Cheers for all the replys boys - im in a lucky situation really, my uncle sprays, mods etc etc cars for a living so labour is erm non existent and he does a awesome job. + its way cheaper to buy a Rev 3 spoiler as ive just got my mits on one for £50 :D im well chuffed.

Anyway, what options do i have in relation to the ariel? is there another ariel i can use?
