Does anyone know yet how to remove the rear bumper on the new shape avensis estate please? Ive seen quite a few queries but no answers!

I can see the 4 nuts at the back but what about the sides? I'm wanting to fit a towbar and need to remove bumper first.

Thanks but I saw this website listed before but all it has is a big arrow indicating the bumper just comes off. If only it were that simple!!
