Nice one!

Quality, The Beatles rule, being from Liverpool I'm good friends with Ringo & Paul, at least that's what most of the tourists seem to think

Total Beatles fan here too. I do know what you mean. If you are in a chat with anyone from abroad and mention Liverpool they almost always reply "Ah, The Beatles!"

When I first got my teaching job in Liverpool, I moved into digs and found I was living just around the corner from Strawberry Field.

Yeah, I can think of a lot worse things to have a city associated with though so I'm not complaining. Ah, Strawberry Fields, just closed down recently, shame

Yes, a pity.

By the way, did you ever get to the Beatle City museum in Seel Street? I can't remember when it shut down but I thought it was awesome. The Beatles Story museum at the dock is ok but not as good in my opinion.

No, tbh when I was growing up I was never really the biggest fan of them, just over the past few years I've realised what a class act they were, I've got a CD of them in my car now & I listen to it all the time, I'll have go get myself to the museum at the docks.
