Relay Clicking... Driving Me Mad

Basically when my car is running and only in motion do i get a relay which clicks on/off sound every 5 seconds comes from near behind the stearing wheel...

has anyone any ideas what this could be? its driving me mad

update... the clicking increases in frequency as the car is driven faster

ffs it was the odometer lol

i pressed reset and its fine now
