6 Speed Gear Box Conversion

hi brothers

is anyone here done a 6 gear box cpnversion to their paseo or starlet?

just wondering what parts i need to that beside the gear box~ :hokus-pokus:

those are in my plans as well...i think its just the gearbox you need really! i know that it slots right into the 5efe / 4efte etc....

this is just a guess, but maybe u might need the g6 clutch or flywheel aswell...

You need gearbox, possibly driveshafts and gear selector cables as well

Has to be from the G6 1300 and not the G6R 1600.

I can't really see the point, apart from cachet of having a 6 speed box, any performance gains due to the better spacing of the ratios, is offset by time lost due to gear change times.

I'd save the money and put it in the turbo conversion fund. :hokus-pokus:
