Previa Stereo, Judder And Things!

Hi, I have a 1994 Previa and I'm having fun with the radio.....

Basically it failed, seemed to have power but no sound. I fitted an aftermarket one (Goodmans 7350) and it worked for a while then that failed! Similarly, it has no sound (or lights on the head unit) but seems to turn on and off and the CD player lights up and accepts disks and ejects ok. Display is totally blank tho....

I suspect its buggered I read her about the external amp these cars have and I wonder if that's an issue....

Also I have a judder from the rear on drive take up. It's not there if I rev generously or take-up gently. Get it slightly wrong it's judder, judder.

Thats it for now! Great car, just wish I could get some sounds - I can live with the judder!
