Dont have a clue but what i do knwo is that a car with LSD requires some special stuff..

The internals of my gearbox (4A-GZEengine with E11 box) are the same as the Tubby gearbox. For the last two years I've been using Redline MTL and I'm very happy with it - helps with worn synchros too.

I have just changed the oil in my 3S-GE box and I was recommended to use 75w90 semi-synthetic. Costs about £18 for 5 litres and it will only 2.6 litres to fill!

Redline MTL gets mentioned a fair bit when reading elsewhere.

You get the idea .. seems to be the most popular, and when I put it in my two MR2's they have been fine.
