Hi Guys,

I brought my Yaris T Sport second hand from a local garage back in march, but have had terrible service from the garage since. They have broken all their promises and can't seem to actually do the work that say they will do.

What I wanted to know is have any of you guys made an offical complaint to toyota about a dealership before? Did you get any resolve from toyota? Is it worth letting the dealership know just to kick them into to touch?
