Screws On The Engine Cover Is Broken

Hi all,

I was washing my car and topping up the fluid today, I discovered that two of the four engine cover screws have broken, it looks as if someone has screwed the bolts wrongly and broken the heads,

The four screws locate like the following:

O O

O O

and the two screws gone missing are:

X X

O O

Would that cause more engine noise? Can I ask the dealer to fix it for free? Would that be a lot of work because the screws are still in the hole.

I have taken it back to the dealer and they said they will order two new bolts to replace them :)

Front two are proper nuts, back two are plastic push in clips. Best bet is to place two short 10mm bolts in as the holes are threaded......
