Gearbox Question

Hi everyone,

I have a gearbox question for you:

If you got to this site you will see that Toyota and Nissan share a 6 speed manual gearbox.

browse to manual transmission and look for the MFA60.

Does anyone know the ratios used and the models that use them in the toyota range. It looks like a versatile gearbox with at least 3 and maybe 5 final ratios and a range of first to 6's.

I want to marry one up to a 3.5 litre V6 and I need to work out which ratio will work best for that engine.

Well 96 views and no-one has the toyota FSM's?? or no-one interested in the 6 spd box, that is holding up in a 500whp daily driver on one of the nissan forums...

Sorry, not trying to hassle, just more used to a very active forum that has some very active members that do some crazy stuff with their engines.
