How To Remove/fit Speedo Cable?

Anyone got any idea on first, how to remove a speedo cable?

Then fit one (assume it is just reverse of the abve tho... DOH!)

I know how to get into behind the clocks etc, but what else needs doing? Where does the actual cable run through the car?
