Space Saver - is it safe ??

A thought just occured to me, I have 16" rims with 225/16/50 rear's and 205/16/50 fronts and a space saver in the car....

Is it safe to use a space saver tyre on a car with different size tyres ??

Should not be a problem... Though really it is only so you can get yourself to the nearest garage...

Also I think you are limited to 50 or below... not 100% sure on this
