Couple Of Things

I'm worried about a couple of things with my paseo...

Engine usually revs around 750 rpm, now its more like 1000. Gonna check out my spark plugs and see if they need replacing, but could this be due to my alternator not working properly??

When I have my lights on and put the heater on full power they seem to go dimmer, they brighten when I give give a little throttle.

Does anyone else had the same problem??

Also, one of the wheel bearings has gone on my car. Any idea what I should be paying for parts/labour?

Cheers,

Mod

I take it you mean idles at 1000rpm instead of 750? If so could be faulty ecu temp sensor so ecu thinks car is running at a lower temp therefore putting more fuel through. As for the lights its just an extra load when the heater is on I wouldn't worry about it

is the idle with engine hot or cold? Is the idle stable or does it fluctuate?

if you think thats worry worthy, when the cynos is started on a cold day it idles at about 2000rpm before falling to about 1000

bit of a weird one really. Sometimes it idles normally at 750-800, other times at 1000. Maybe something to do with the cold weather?
